Balls salad with cod liver
Salad balls - a simple and delicious appetizer of cod liver, which is very easy to prepare. Recommend you try this tasty snack lovers of fish.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Cod liver oil

    1 can

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    50 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Sesame

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Potatoes wash, peel, boil until tender. Cool and grate on a coarse grater.

To open a jar of cod liver and drain all the liquid. Mash them with a fork and add to potatoes.

Next, add the cheese, grated on a fine grater.

Then add pre-boiled eggs, grated on a fine grater, and finely chopped greens.

All the ingredients mix and add soy sauce TM Kikkoman. Again mix well.

Then from the resulting mass with your hands to form small balls.
