Sweet pickled pepper
On my page there is this recipe, but it was published a long time ago and no photo. Correct the error. Similar recipes on the site a lot, but my differs from all the lack in the marinade WATER. Pepper when cooking allocates her very much and additionally refill is not necessary.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    5 kg

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vinegar

    0.75 cup

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Cooking

Wash, peel and cut the peppers.

Make marinade in small portions and cook the peppers for 5-7 minutes.
