The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2010 by the user тата55 called Casserole "Muscovite" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". Many thanks to the author! Casserole was very tasty and hearty! Not remain indifferent nobody!

Cooking
Form grease with oil.
Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water. Cool slightly, cut into thick slices and spread on the bottom of the form.
On top of the potatoes place a layer of peas. (I posted are not defrosting, but you can do this: peas for 2-3 minutes to blanch it in boiling water, drain and cool, in this embodiment, it will be more soft).
Sausage cut into slices, put on top of the peas. Alternate the layers finishing with a layer of potatoes.
Beat eggs with milk, season with salt and pepper, cover the vegetables.
You can just shake the form to fill evenly distributed between the layers.
Bake 50 minutes in a preheated 200*With the oven. I could not resist and 5 minutes before the end sprinkle with grated cheese.
