Soup with beans
This recipe is from my childhood. Remember how mom used to make soup and when I ate a little soup, she stroked my tummy gently and saying: "now you have a fed half-gone and the tips are fun." Those times do not return, and ing mom did not try, but to share the recipe I wanted, although the recipe itself, you can say no, it's very simple, and most importantly hearty and delicious.

Ingredients

Take the beans from Mistral to your taste, I have Lima. Beans cover with water overnight, then drain the water, pour fresh water into the pot and cook beans until tender. I like that the beans were razmerita, so I prefer to digest.

Sauerkraut I boil separately in a little water and then add along with the broth to the beans, but you can cook it all together.

To cook smoked pork ribs. I want to note that as a fast option to cook such a soup without meat, which I sometimes do, but in the winter prefer to cook nourishing soup.

With the ribs, cut the fat, cut into small pieces, also chop the onion. Themselves, the ribs put to cook in a pot of beans.

In a frying pan to melt the fat, add chopped onion, fry. Left in a pot of beans, add the cabbage, the dressing, just a little boil, let it brew, and the soup is ready.
