For cooking take the meat, you can take any, I took pork.
Take white bread, cut off crust, cut it into pieces and fill with water. Soggy bread mash.
Mix ground meat, egg, soaked bread, salt and freshly ground pepper (pepper mix). All knead well.
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Finely chop the dill, parsley, sun-dried tomatoes. Olives cut into rings.
Add in minced onion, garlic, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, dill and parsley. All mix well.
Take the baking dish in the form of a loaf. If you don't trust your form, then cover it with baking paper. I prefer to use a single form. Put into the form the stuffing, gently even out. Put in heated to 200 degrees oven, bake for 50 minutes.
While our meat loaf is baked, take bread crumbs, prepared mustard with grains and honey. I do myself the breadcrumbs. Dried bread dried in the oven and was milled with a blender.
Mix all the above ingredients.
After 50 minutes of roasting, remove meat loaf from oven and spread on top of mustard mixture. Put on top in the oven or under the grill and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
Ready bread remove from the mold. In this case, it is convenient to use a single form, it's simple enough to cut with scissors. No need to flip the "bread".
Transfer the bread on a serving dish. Served hot or cold according to your desire and possibilities, decorate with greens or vegetables. Preferably cut with a sharp knife or knife-nail file to "crust" did not crumble. Bon appetit! Happy New year!
