Chocolate home
In our family, one of my favorite treats is chocolate. I tried several variants, this one is the best. Zephyr was very tender, not too sweet, easy. For lovers of this delicacy, I advise to try!

Ingredients

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Dark chocolate

    70 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Gelatin

    7 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    70 g

Cooking

Chocolate melt in a water bath. The heated milk and dissolve in it gelatin, let cool. Whisk the cream with powdered sugar until peak.

Silicone molds pour chocolate and tie it on the sides. Put in freezer for 10-15 min.

Milk with gelatin whisk and mix with cream, cool the mixture in the refrigerator for 7-10 min but that is not thickens. Lay it in already frozen molds with chocolate, pour on top of chocolate and put in the freezer for another 30 min.

Carefully remove marshmallows, removing the form. Marshmallows are very tasty, tender and easy! Of course the evening is better not to abuse, and in the morning with a Cup of tea or coffee is amazingly delicious!

Left the chocolate souffle and the molds a little over... did great. It turned out even more beautiful!!!
