Description

Focaccia two types of Jamie Oliver
Recently saw this recipe and fell in love with it! Beautiful kitchen, two beautiful men, Jamie Oliver and Gennaro Contaldo, in a suit prepared Italian bread... What more do you need woman?) Also liked the fact that they are not prepared from wheat flour, and whole wheat! Of course not much, but is better for our figures!) Toppings won me over completely! With cherry tomatoes and fresh Basil-as much as possible the Italian version! Well, almost-Belarusian potatoes and cheese!) Focaccia is incredibly delicious: crispy on the outside and very soft and tender inside! Come on in and get favorite cooks!

Cooking

step-0
Yeast bred in water at room temperature.
step-1
And pour into flour. Add a splinter of salt, no more, then I will tell you why. Stir the mixture with a spoon until it turns.
step-2
As soon as a little bit of everything combined-add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Knead the dough.
step-3
Knead the dough at least 8 minutes! Tie it, connect it and again tie. Ideally 12 minutes. Then cover it on the table a bowl for an hour.
step-4
After an hour open and see that such a large creature!) Divide into 2 parts.
step-5
Form sprinkle with semolina or flour. Spread part of the test and distribute. Pour a spoonful oil, a little smeared fingers and then do lots and lots and lots of indentations. Just proceed with the second part of the test.
step-6
Now the first filling: take the Basil leaf and press into the dough! There is a quartered cherry. Sprinkle with large sea salt! Believe me-it really is tastier than you salt the dough! Can pepper, if you like. Cover with damp cloth for another 40 minutes.
step-7
Second filling: sprinkle thyme! Upon contact with oil the taste reveals just fantastic! Spread crushed boiled piece of potato, just peel! They do the same with cheese. Don't forget the salt! I'm still on top sprinkled a few petals Chile! The same cover with a damp cloth for 40 minutes.
step-8
View, through this time the dough will increase in size and so to say "eat" in the filling. Put in oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes until Golden color!
step-9
Get, give at least a little bit to cool down and enjoy!
