For me this is the perfect recipe of cooking meat. Lean steaks of pork, marinated in soy sauce with a pleasant hint of citrus. Fried with the addition of red wine and served with a wonderful taste and stunning in appearance and sour - sweet sauce of red currant. This is the recipe that is suitable for dinner and celebration. As even its appearance stimulates the appetite. A must recipe for a romantic dinner.
