Description

Migas
Migas / The Crumbs. Just admit that this dish was prepared not by me, but my mother-in-law. My husband's family, the indigenous Andalusians. And more recently, the meat on your table, they only saw on holidays, this despite the fact that kept their chickens, pigs and rabbits. But, as I told mother in law, they changed the meat on the fat (at the rate of 1 to 3 ) and so it is enough food for the whole year. So, I mean, Migas is one of the cheapest meals of the ones they ate. Times have changed and now they can afford it, but on their Desk, there are always dishes that are cooked by their mothers and grandmothers (paella, tortillas, Migas, pigeons soup, bean soup, etc.). To me these babies hit the spot and very often my mother in law makes them for my order. Go take a look, maybe someone will like it!

step-1
Slowly begin to add the flour
step-2
Stirring constantly.
step-3
Here is the dough supposed to turn out.
step-4
In a deep frying pan heat the olive oil. And pour it the batter.
step-5
Now need to stir constantly until cooked our babies... :)
step-6
On high heat!
step-7
Migas should be crispy and nice yellow color.
step-8
This dish in my husband's family eat with grapes, roast brisket, roasted salted sardines, tomatoes and cucumbers, and, as you can see from the picture, they do not bother with cutting the salad, but just next to each put the cucumber :)
