Chicken wings with cranberry chutney
Thick, rich, slightly hot, sweet and sour cranberry sauce, apples, spices and orange marmalade "Mahe" is the perfect complement to hot dishes of poultry. The idea of the recipe thank you Ça Ira.

Ingredients

  • Cranberry

    130 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Jam

    2 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    80 ml

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Carnation

    3 piece

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Chicken wings

    1 kg

  • Orange juice

    150 ml

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tabasco

    0.5 tsp

  • Cumin

    0.5 tsp

  • Allspice

    0.5 tsp

First make the marinade for chicken wings. Wings wash, dry. In mixer bowl combine marinade ingredients: orange and lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, cumin, ground pepper, Tabasco sauce and crushed garlic. Marinade, pour the chicken wings and leave to marinate for 6-8 hours. I cooked in the evening so left it until morning.

To prepare the sauce: ginger, finely chopped, Apple peel and cut into small cubes.

In a saucepan place the cranberries, apples, ginger, add water, sugar, spices, wine vinegar and orange marmalade, "Mach." Mix well.

Cook the sauce over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 40-50 minutes. Cool.

After a time marinating the wings spread on a baking sheet or pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 25-30 minutes until Golden brown.

Put the wings on a platter and served with cranberry chutney.
