Cappuccino at home
Probably almost all love him, but not everyone has a coffee maker, capable of such miracles. Here's a recipe of cappuccino with the help of improvised means with all the subtleties :) it's delicious.

Ingredients

  • Coffee natural

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Dark chocolate

    0.5 Tbsp

Cooking

1. Chocolate grate, send in a cool place (the freezer).

2. Milk supply to be heated on a small fire. As soon as the first bubbles - turn off the fire. While the milk heats, put to boil the kettle, from which pre-pour all the water out and pour new.

3. Coffee to grind. To fall asleep in Turku, add sugar. Of course, coffee may be less/more sweet and strong than I have written. Pour boiling water, put Turku on fire (the smallest on a gas stove and electric on average). Stir until to dissolve the sugar. Then a spoon to remove.

4. Coffee formed white foam. When it begins to rise and boil, remove the pot and 3 times lower for 1-2 seconds. In the pictures you can see that roughly you should get :) coffee is very important not to digest.

5. Milk beat with a blender until a rich lather appears. Coffee poured into a Cup, gently put on top of the foam with a spoon and pour the remaining milk.

6. Sprinkle with grated chocolate. I painted crooked little heart :) That's all. Serve with biscuits, sweets, a piece of cake...
