  • Green peas

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Vinegar

Pea pods (they must be ripe, but almost white)...

Peas to velosity (well, if I may say so, in our case).

Put into jars of 0.5 l, fill with water.

Drain the water into the pan where it will boil the marinade. Add salt, sugar (based on 1 tablespoon in each jar) and bring to the boil. When the marinade has cooled slightly, add the vinegar (also at the rate of 1 tablespoon per jar).

Prepared marinade pour cans of peas and cover them with lids and place in a bowl, where they will be sterilized banks.
