I like the home baking of bread and rolls. Mini baguettes are prepared in the serum, they are gentle, soft. Additive grated cheese makes them a little similar to khachapuri. Today at Sunday brunch we had a hot mini-baguettes with cheese. The Breakfast was a success!

Cooking
In the sifted flour pour the yeast.
Cover with cling film and put 1 hour in a warm place.
Approaching divide the dough into 6 pieces.
