Mini-baguettes with cheese
I like the home baking of bread and rolls. Mini baguettes are prepared in the serum, they are gentle, soft. Additive grated cheese makes them a little similar to khachapuri. Today at Sunday brunch we had a hot mini-baguettes with cheese. The Breakfast was a success!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Serum

    250 ml

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Dutch cheese

    200 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece
