This recipe helps me always when on the verge of guests. Prepared quickly, and the filling can be different - this time the fridge was jam and cheese.

Cooking
Whisk the eggs with the sugar.
Gently beat in the flour, and pour on the laid paper baking sheet. Bake at 180 C for 15 minutes.
While the cake is baking, mix the cottage cheese and jam. If anyone is sour, add sugar.
The finished cake is detachable from the paper.
Decorate with melted chocolate. And put them in the cold to cool down.
