Tender scones with a sexy, bright, tasty, spicy stuffing. Prepared quickly, and the result is satisfying and divinely delicious!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 pinch

  • Garlic

    0.5 tsp

I did half portions. Sift flour, add salt. Gradually adding the yogurt and vegetable oil, knead the dough. I kneaded for 5-7 minutes. It should be soft. Cover with a towel and leave for at least 30 minutes. Immediately clarify, I have gone to 250 g of flour 125 ml of yogurt and 1/2 tbsp oil. All flour and yogurt are different. If the dough is dry, add more yogurt.

While the dough "rests", let's prepare the filling. Pumpkin grate on a coarse grater.

Onions finely chop. In a pan heat butter and vegetable oil, add the onion and fry on low heat for 5 minutes until transparent.

Add the pumpkin and simmer for 7 minutes.

Add soy sauce, tomato paste, sugar, pepper and garlic. Simmer until cooked pumpkin for 3-4 minutes. Cool.

Divide the dough into 16 pieces. Each piece out thinly on a flour covered surface. Preferably, the pellet has turned oval.

8 pellets in the center put the stuffing.

Put on top the other tortillas. Edges carefully take. If necessary trim excess dough.

Fry tortillas over medium heat in a small amount of vegetable oil for 3 minutes on each side.
