  • Sorrel

    300 g

  • Onion

    250 g

  • Garlic

  • Soy sauce

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    120 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.333 tsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

Prepare the products.

Cut the onion.

Coarsely chop the sorrel.

In a heated pan pour vegetable oil. Spread the chopped onion. Fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add soy sauce "Kikkoman" and 2 tbsp sugar.

Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat.

In a small saucepan, pour 100-120 ml of water. Add 1/2 tsp of salt. Bring to a boil.
