Zucchini in sour cream
Cooked zucchini my grandmother, they have a house called grandma's zucchini. A very simple hearty dish that can be served as side dish or to him to submit a side dish, that's for each to decide and I'll just share with you my culinary memory.

Ingredients

  • Garlic

  • Sour cream

    200 ml

Zucchini peel, cut into slices thickness of about 1 cm, flour mixed with salt and dip each slice in it on both sides.

Prepare the sauce. Sour cream we will need quite liquid, somewhere thick yogurt, so carefully dilute it with cold boiled water, bring to desired thickness (or Vice versa, liquid), salt, pepper, put it in crushed garlic, mix thoroughly.

Fill the courgettes with the cream, cover the pan with a lid and simmer on a slow fire until thick sour cream, about 15-20 minutes.
