With this recipe cutlets introduced me to the mother-in-law. I like them very much. Cooking time does not take much, and the taste is much more interesting than the usual burgers that we are so accustomed to.


  • Minced meat

    0.5 kg

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil


To start boil until cooked rice. Then take a pound of mince and add to that we usually add in meatballs: onion, garlic, pepper. A loaf of bread and the egg to add (it then)! I had a special mix for meatballs, in which everything is included, I added it.
Now that everybody is good wymysli, divide the mixture in half. Leave one half alone, and the second spread on a pan, lightly greased with vegetable oil, and overcook minced.
Once the meat will be overdone, we add it to the first half. There also put boiled rice, a bun (soaked in milk), egg, chopped parsley, and salt.
Stir it carefully.
Put on the heat pan with vegetable oil. You need a lot of oil, so that it closed the cutlet in half. If oil is not enough, "lace" does not work, the burgers taste will not change, but the appearance will suffer a little. Now prepare two containers: one with flour, another with 2 beaten eggs. Make a Patty, coat it in flour (Yes, don't confuse, first in the flour).
Then dip in beaten egg.
Put in hot oil. And fry like regular burgers.
All cakes are ready. Welcome to the table. These burgers are delicious, both hot and cold.
