Sandwiches with egg, cheese and herbs
Quick sandwiches for Breakfast. I often make them as lunch for work - very hearty and delicious both hot and cold.

Ingredients

  • Bread

    8 slice

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Green onions

    2 coup

  • Parsley

    2 coup

  • Salt

    0.2 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.2 tsp

Cooking

Finely chop the green onions, and parsley.

Fold the chopped herbs in a bowl.

Add 2 raw eggs.

Add salt and pepper to taste. You can add your other favorite spices.

Mix well.

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Put grated cheese in a bowl with greens and eggs.

Mix well.

To prepare the butter softened.

Slice the bread (a loaf) with a thickness of 1 cm.
