Preparation for cutlets
I often have to collect their men ware at work. Food for the day should be rich, as they go early and come late. No meat dishes there is not enough. Not to stand at the stove for half a day, I make frozen foods once a week. This saves time and effort.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    400 g

  • Chicken

    200 g

  • Onion

    300 g

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Semolina

    50 g

  • Spices

    1 tsp

Meat mince. Mix the minced meat, onion, garlic and semolina. Add salt and spices.

Blind cutlets and lay them on a cutting Board or a flat plate so that they do not touch each other.

Remove in the freezer for an hour and a half. And then put in bags in portions.

Such billets are stored for quite a long time. We can only get the bag at the right moment and fry.
