Frozen dill 2 in 1
A simple and effective way to "preserve" dill.

Well, the number is quite arbitrary. It all depends on the size of the bundles of dill and size of the peppers. Step-by-step photos didn't do, because it's pretty simple. I decided to put pepper in different angles.

So, pepper wash, cut off the top and cleans the seeds.

Dill wash, dry cloth and finely chop.

Plump hammered pepper dill, put in small bags one by one in each and - in the freezer, preferably in a deep freeze. In the winter, and not just when the greens suddenly ends, take out the peppers out of the freezer and vystavlyaem dill. If you need pepper, then cut with a knife (with dill) and throw in the prepared dish. If the dill in the dish is not needed, and pepper yet it is not exempt, it is possible to scrape the dill in a glass jar with a screw lid and drop back in the freezer. Personally, I 10-12 of these peppers just enough until the next harvest.
