Green sauce of mint, coriander and chili
Summer abundance of spices gives the opportunity to prepare a great variety of sauces. I suggest one of the variants of green sauce - the perfect hot sauce to meat, fish, poultry, potatoes, pita bread. Sharpness can be adjusted by the number or varieties of pepper. You can experiment with flavors, alternately or simultaneously adding green onions, green Basil and parsley. But with mint I like, the sauce is not the usual, more vivid.

Ingredients

  • Mint

    50 g

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Here is our greens, garlic and pepper. Herbs and pepper wash, dry paper towel as thoroughly as possible.

Garlic skip through the press, pepper cut in half, to release from the seeds and finely chop. Fold in a deep bowl.

Mint and cilantro chopped or to punch in a blender. Mix with garlic and pepper, add salt, mix well. Add the oil and lemon juice. Mix everything carefully.

Our green sauce is ready! A storehouse of vitamins! Sauce in a glass container in the fridge stored a week!
