Roll with apples
The recipe for this loaf was posted by a user Lesi in 2008, and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". When I found this recipe, I saw that the dough for making rolls used my favorite, which I often bake. I would recommend anyone to try, because it is easily and quickly prepared, plus it includes cheese, which is very important for many moms who can't persuade their children to eat. Turns out tender loaf with apples and a hint of cinnamon! Come in for a Cup of tea!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Apple

    600 g

  • Cinnamon

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

Mix cottage cheese with sugar, butter (soft) and the egg.

Add the flour and baking powder, knead, get an elastic dough. Refrigerate briefly while preparing the filling.

Apples cut into thin slices.

Divide the dough into two parts.

Roll out a layer.

Lay the Apple slices, sprinkle with sugar and, if desired, you can add cinnamon.
