Cottage cheese casserole
Hesitated to post this recipe cheese casserole my mother in law. Reviewed all the recipes, but this combination of proportions of ingredients is not found. The secret of casseroles that all products are taken in the amount of 3 tablespoons. All my friends are now preparing it for this recipe. Casserole turns out niniejsza - something between a cheese souffle and a casserole. A perfectly homogeneous structure of the dough. The fillers may be different, but my family loves it without the fruit and gravies.


  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pinch


Melt in a pan 3 tablespoons of butter, add the sugar, sour cream, semolina, mix up all until smooth.
In the resulting mass add egg, mix well, add the cheese and a pinch of vanilla.
All beat with a blender until smooth. Whisking blender required. The mass should become homogeneous, as the cream. Then beat with a mixer for 10-15 minutes.
Put into a form, lubricated with oil. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 160 degrees 60-85 minutes. Pierce with a wooden skewer to determine the readiness. Here I want to draw your attention to the baking time. In the oven with my mother in law bake is 1 hour. I have 1 hour and 20 minutes. Therefore, the casserole was raw inside, be sure to monitor the degree of readiness of a wooden stick. If the stick is dry - you can turn off. I baked in round containers with a diameter 23-26 cm Bon appetit!
