Cooking

step-0
The oil should be soft. Before making cookies, butter must be removed from the refrigerator at least for 2 hours. In school we were taught that baking biscuits to margarine, but butter cookies turns out very tasty! cookies are always.
step-1
To oil pour powdered sugar, salt, soda and the egg. With a fork, carefully stir the mass.
step-2
Gradually add the flour. Depending on the flour it may take 180 g, and maybe even a little more than 200 g. You will feel it with your hands.
step-3
Roll the dough into a ball. It can be put 2 hours in the refrigerator. But when I was studying, fridges in the family was a rarity and not every family had them. So do the cookies at once, like in school.
step-4
The dough can be rolled out. But we in the school are not rolled, and tore off pieces of the dough and formed balls priiplyusovali them and laid out on the form. That's what I did. I took the non-stick form, you can simply protiven lay a baking paper or grease with oil. Separate the yolk from the white and yolk, brush will coat the top of cookies.
step-5
Grease the top with yolk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. In school we are not covered. In the three cookies I made the holes for clearance. Put in preheated oven until t 180 C for 10 minutes. As biscuits are browned, it is ready.
step-6
Ready, allow to cool, remove from protivin or form. From this dough I made 2 shapes-16 pieces Biscuit in diameter of 4-5 cm.
step-7
Biscuits cold and half I sprinkled with powdered sugar.
