Pumpkin and rice casserole
I have again for lunch Like pumpkin... the recipe is from the Pillsbury Julia, but without a photo http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/6495/. Probably why few noticed this dish passed. But in vain... very tasty! Unlike Yulia, I do not add spices, only herbs (I prefer).

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    2 cup

  • Sour cream

Boiled in salted water rice mixed with grated on a coarse grater raw pumpkin. Bell pepper finely chop or grate on a coarse grater (like I did). Mix it all together.

Peel the onion, finely chop, saute in olive oil until light yellow.

The pumpkin-rice mass add onion, melkorublenoy greens and grated parsley. Add salt, black pepper and red hot - to taste. Mix well.

The oven to include at 200*C. Rice-vegetable mass put in a baking dish. Sour cream, lightly beat eggs, add salt and pour the vegetables on top, evenly distributing. Tomatoes cut into circles, put on top. Then sprinkle everything with grated cheese. I had cheese only sliced, so I put it in jail.

Sent in a hot oven, bake at 200*C for 30 minutes, then increase the temperature to 225*C and bake for another 10 minutes before Browning the top (time and temperature of roasting the individual, focus on your oven).
