Bruschetta with beet cream and smoked salmon
Delicious party snack with a balanced taste.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    200 g

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Cheese curd

    100 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Baton

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Baton cut into slices. You can use tins of biscuits and cut the slice of bread in the shape of small hearts.

Fry the slice of bread in vegetable oil (1 tbsp) in a pan until light Golden brown.

Boil beetroot.

In a bowl add sliced boiled beets, add passed through a garlic press garlic.

Blend the boiled beetroot with the garlic, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce TM Cccamp.

To the beet puree add cream cheese (100 g)

The mixture knead well. We have put together this beautiful bright cream of beet.

Salmon cut into slices, spread on toasted slice of bread in the shape of little roses, spread the beet cream, decorate with parsley sprigs. Pleasant new years eve at the holiday table!
