Tortillas with cheese
A quiet, home-like, cozy evening, my husband baked thin flat bread with cheese and herbs. Hearty and delicious with a Cup of hot sweet tea. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    125 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Salt, water, egg and vegetable oil to combine and whisk.

Sift the flour and knead a soft dough.

The dough is put into the package for 20 minutes. Then knead until smooth. To prepare cheese.
