Croissants
Today I present to you the recipe for croissants stuffed with orange and Apple marmalade.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    450 g

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    20 g

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 piece

  • Jam

    250 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

Cooking

Dissolve the yeast in 100 grams of warm milk, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, sift 2 tbsp flour, stir, cover and leave for 20 minutes the Egg and sugar whisk by hand. Sift the flour into a deep bowl and mix with melted butter, the egg-sugar mixture, salt, remaining milk and yeast mixture.

Knead the dough, cover with a towel and leave for 1 hour. The dough should increase in volume

Once the dough to rise again to press down it.

Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out 2 layer, thickness: 2 mm

Each layer is cut into triangles

With a wide side of the triangle to put 1.5 tbsp filling

Tighten each triangle into a roll. Baking tray lay baking paper, put the workpiece. Leave on for 10-15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. The cooled croissants sprinkle with powdered sugar
