Description
Today I wanted something savory. And I immediately thought about Lecho, which we close with grandma and mom in the summer. Opening a jar, I thought, why not share this recipe with the Cooks, it is not far off the summer and the season of preservation.
Cooking
Washed tomatoes need grind in a meat grinder to get 2 liters of tomato juice. Peppers (preferably red bell can be coloured) wash, peel and cut into large slices along the length. Pour into a pan the tomato sauce, add the vegetable oil, sugar, salt, Bay leaf, hot pepper, garlic (finely chopped) and put on fire. Bring to boil and provario 5 minutes. Then add peppers and boil for 10 -15 minutes. At the last minute to add the vinegar. To put in the jars hot pepper and roll up. Banks to turn over and wrap in a blanket and let stand overnight. Bon appetit!
