Cheese in beer batter
A delicious hot Breakfast, which took only 15 minutes. The recipe comes from gourmet magazine

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Beer

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Spices

Cheese and tomatoes thinly slice. On a slice of cheese lay a slice of tomato, sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper. Cover with another slice of cheese and fasten with a skewer.

For the dough combine the flour with the beer and eggs, add salt, stir until smooth.

Prepared cheese dipped in batter and fry in oil until Golden brown (when turning the skewer removed). Serve appetizer hot.
