Cauliflower, baked with cheese
One of my favorite casseroles with cauliflower. Cooking casseroles is very simple a small number of ingredients and, most importantly, cooked very quickly! If you are a working woman, for dinner this dish the most. Cauliflower can be used both fresh and frozen. Good as a side dish to poultry.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Dill

  • Butter

If the cabbage is fresh, it is necessary to divide it into florets. On the stove put a pot of water, salt the water and it is desirable to throw a slice of lemon (it is possible and without it). Once the water is boiling, put the pot florets of cauliflower. Cook at boiling for about 3 minutes. Then drain in a colander, let the water drain out. Turn on the oven and heat to 180*C (if the oven has fan, 160*C). Refractory form of grease with butter and put the boiled florets of cauliflower.

In a bowl break the egg, add sour cream, chopped garlic, salt, chopped dill and black pepper.

Mix everything carefully, get the sauce.

Now we pour the sauce on top of our cabbage. Tip: if preparing in individual ramekins like I did, you better sauce to pour literally 1 tablespoon. This happens in every mold an equal amount of sauce. Then all liberally sprinkle with grated cheese.

Now, put the form (or forms) in the preheated oven and bake about 10-15 minutes until Golden brown. It turns out this is such a wonderful and delicious casserole. Bon appetit!
