The liver in cheese sauce
Recently we showed heart, cooked in a cheese sauce... But since the liver is not as the heart, and the long quenching on the contrary, it is contraindicated, shows and the option of liver.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    500 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Spices

  • Greens

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

Liver wash, cut film, cut into small pieces.

Fry in a skillet on medium heat with washed carrots and chopped onion for 8-10 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the spices, salt, pepper. Then add 1 tablespoon of flour, mix well.

Add 1-1.5 cups of water. The water is boiling, dissolve in it the cream cheese, stirring constantly, and remove from heat. The liver is ready.

You can sprinkle with herbs (I didn't have, added the dry spices). Bon appetit!!
