Alu paratha
I want to introduce you a versatile dish: cheap, delicious, everyone likes it, preparing it easy... there are many advantages! Potato pancake or-Bengali Alu paratha. Why to a picnic? To "close hungry mouths" before the main meal - the barbecue. These cakes should be reheated on the coals, they will be especially delicious.

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp
