Apple dessert bread
Airy, soft, lush, Apple dessert bread. So fragrant... it seems that you eat buns. Very interesting and a worthy alternative to Apple pie. Come on in, help yourself. It's delicious!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Brown sugar

    120 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Salt

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Apples clean, cut into small cubes, put in a Cup and immediately sprinkle with lemon juice to apples not darkened. Mix well. Weight already peeled fruit.

Sprinkle the apples 50 g brown sugar (70 g we will need it later), stir, tighten the Cup with cling film and refrigerate for three hours (can be overnight). To prepare this dessert bread I use Demerara sugar TM Mistral.

During this time, the apples will give the juice, and the sugar is completely dissolved.

Drain apples from syrup in a measuring Cup. Add the milk and add warm water to make 250 ml of liquid. Because apples can be different juiciness, the exact quantity of water not specified.

Sift the flour. Mix all the ingredients for the dough. Knead the dough. If the batch you are using HP, Apple should add five minutes before the end of the kneading process.

The dough was soft, not tight and not tight. Put the dough in a bowl greased with vegetable oil, tighten with cling film and put in 40-45 minutes in a warm place to approach.

Tighten the form with cling film and put in a heat for 20-25 minutes for the approach.

Bake bread in preheated to 180°C oven for 50-55 minutes. 20 minutes before the end of the baking process to cover the shape of the bread with foil (if crust get too brown). You can cook this bread in the CP - mode is the basic, medium crust.
