Cooking
In advance, remove the butter from the fridge so it was soft. Meanwhile, mix semolina with sour cream and leave on the table for 1 hour.
Whisk soft butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Continuing to whisk, add the eggs one by one.
Mix the semolina mixture with baking soda, add cocoa, vegetable oil and flour.
Connect the semolina and egg-oil mixture. Whisk a little with a mixer, the mixture became homogeneous.
Cut out baking paper circle is larger than the diameter of the form and clamp it between the sides and bottom. Brush with vegetable oil. Pour half of the batter into the form and spread across the surface of the chocolate pieces.
On top pour the remaining batter and spread it evenly.
Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 C for 45-55 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
