Ingredients for smoothies.
Peeled kiwi shredded in a blender.
Shredded celery and tangerines. Ideally, use freshly squeezed tangerine juice.
Combined the chopped kiwi and celery tangerines. Whipped in a blender until smooth and thick state. Sugar is not added.
Smoothie poured by the glass.
The edge of the glass was decorated with a slice of Mandarin.
Turned out three glasses of 250 ml. delicious and healthy smoothie!
