  • Pumpkin

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

    0.25 tsp

  • Water

    1 l

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

Pumpkin flesh cut into cubes. With lemon to remove the zest and chop it. In a saucepan pour water, add sugar, vanilla and lemon zest. Bring to boil and simmer 5 min. Add the pumpkin and again bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook 7 min.

The pumpkin drain in a sieve the syrup to collect. The pumpkin crushed with a blender to puree and combine with the syrup. Put on fire and bring to boil. In a small container to dissolve starch cold water. The pumpkin syrup in a thin stream pour the diluted starch and cook until thick for a few minutes. Optionally, you can add favorite spices (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg).
