Baked cheesecakes in apricot jam
These cheesecakes are unique in that they without flour, so do not beat on the figure, plus they are not fried, as usual, and baked in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    360 g

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Oat flakes

    5 Tbsp

  • Jam

    150 ml

We need a cheese of good quality.

In a bowl with a fork or hands to mix cottage cheese, 2 egg whites, sugar and 3-4 tsp. oatmeal ground into flour. Mix well.

From the received dough to form with a spoon balls, roll them in flour milled oat flakes and slightly flatten with your palms.

Lay the cakes on a baking sheet greased with butter. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 - 40 minutes or until it will turn brown.

On each dessert plate put a few tablespoons of low-calorie jam D arbo - apricot, from above to lay cheese cakes, sprinkled with powdered sugar and decorate with mint. Bon appetit!!!
