Delicious stuffed baked potatoes. A great side dish to any meal.
Mushrooms finely chop, add chopped greens, lightly prisolit and pepper.
If the potatoes are well rinsed and not cleaned. In each potato make deep incisions (avoid cutting through). In the potatoes, gently pushing the incised layers, put the mushroom stuffing.

Stuffed potatoes spread on a baking sheet (I covered it with foil) and lightly pour oil. The recipe was given little creamy, but I prefer vegetable, so slightly misted olive oil. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, covered with foil. After remove the foil and skumanich.
