Cream soup of salmon
Frankly, given the recipe, I expected more... the Soup I shook but quite sturdy, hearty fish soup. And, by the way, are low-calorie, given that there are no potatoes.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    300 g

  • Leeks

  • Zucchini

    300 g

  • Broth

    400 ml

  • Lemon peel

    0.25 piece

  • Cream cheese

    1 pack

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Spices

Fillet cut from the bones and skin. Cut two slices, the rest cut into cubes. Skin and bones cover with water and boil the broth. Strain it.

Remove from heat, remove Bay leaf and lemon rind, add the creme fraiche and crushed with a blender to a smooth puree. Season with salt and pepper. Squeeze of lemon juice. Warm up.

Before serving, stir in soup, sour cream. The finished soup spill on plates. Zaslusheny slices of salmon cut into strips and decorate the soup.
