Salad with pork and pickled onions
Delicious salad with pork. A touch spicy salad adds pickled onions.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Parsley

  • Mayonnaise

  • Salt

  • Carnation

    5 piece

  • Allspice

    10 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

Onions to chop thin half-rings.

In a bowl add cloves, fragrant pepper, Bay leaf.

Boil water, cool slightly, add the spices to the vinegar (1 tbsp), salt and sugar add to taste. Add to the marinade chopped onion half rings. Leave to marinate for about 30-40 min.

Then drain through a colander or metal sieve. Lightly dry.

Boil pork in salted water, cut into cubes.

Fresh cucumber to chop straws.

Eggs (3 pieces) to boil. Egg whites RUB on a small grater.

Next, put the salad layers, not forgetting each layer to miss the mark a small amount of mayonnaise.

The salad, sprinkle with grated egg yolk. Egg layer lightly with salt and pepper.
