French baguette
Looked on the website recipes French baguette, there are similar recipes, but my proportions are a little different, so I decided to upload the recipe. And there, too, as the administration will decide... the Bread turns out incredibly tasty and beautiful!

Ingredients

  • Milk

  • Water

  • Butter

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

  • Butter

  • Sesame

    50 g

Yeast with sugar and 1 tbsp flour mixed with warm water, cover and leave for 15 minutes. 400 grams of flour sift into a deep bowl, add salt, egg, warm milk, soft butter and approached the dough. Stir and gradually add remaining flour.

The same make with the second part. test. Cover our envelopes and place in the fridge for 15 minutes. Then again roll into a rectangle ( length depending on Your pan) Roll out the rectangle again grease it with melted butter

Cover with a towel and leave for proofing for 30 minutes optionally, you can brush with beaten egg or milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds, I didn't do it. Bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180-190 degrees for about 30 minutes ( depending on Your oven)
