Cooking
Yeast with sugar and 1 tbsp flour mixed with warm water, cover and leave for 15 minutes. 400 grams of flour sift into a deep bowl, add salt, egg, warm milk, soft butter and approached the dough. Stir and gradually add remaining flour.
Knead the dough for 10 minutes until it becomes smooth. Collect it in a bun. A bowl greased with oil and put in her dough. Cover and leave in a warm place for 1 and 1.5 hours.
The dough should increase in volume by 2 times and a little more. Work surface sprinkle with flour, lay out and punch dough down.
Divide the dough into 2 equal pieces. From each part roll out a rectangle. Melt the butter and with a brush grease the surface of the rectangle
Assemble the rectangle as shown in the photo ( first 2 times, then again)
The same make with the second part. test. Cover our envelopes and place in the fridge for 15 minutes. Then again roll into a rectangle ( length depending on Your pan) Roll out the rectangle again grease it with melted butter
Buttered rectangles of dough, roll into a roll. On top of the roll diagonally to make deep incisions
Cover with a towel and leave for proofing for 30 minutes optionally, you can brush with beaten egg or milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds, I didn't do it. Bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180-190 degrees for about 30 minutes ( depending on Your oven)
