Cheese soup with trout and spinach
Delicious, creamy, flavorful soup. The preparation is very simple.

Ingredients

  • Trout

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Spinach

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

All the vegetables, wash and cut into cubes

Trout cut into small cubes. Spinach wash and also chop.

Boil the broth, add the potatoes and celery. To make the roast: in vegetable oil fry the onion, carrots. Instead of carrots I used the tomato Passata (in my recipes) - a delicious and versatile thing.

... cream, cook 1 minute to melt cheese

Then add trout and spinach, salt soup and pepper to taste, cook for 5-7 minutes.
