Convenient to take with you, a great option when there is no time to fully eat, and to avoid falling into something nasty (especially for those who lose weight). Hearty and delicious! Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    200 g

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Sugar

Chickpeas soak overnight. Cook in plenty of water until tender (I cooked it for 40 minutes)

Cool and dry on a towel.

For a sweet version: I took the cinnamon, cocoa, vanilla and sugar. For salt - baharat and salt (salt, unfortunately, not photographed)

Sprinkle this mixture into the chickpeas.

Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer and dry in a preheated 190 degree oven for 40 minutes (stirring occasionally). Cool.
