For many years I am a fan of Harry Potter, read all books, watched all the films. I found on the Internet for a recipe for either brownies, or cookies that are baked Hagrid for Harry and his friends. I invite you to tea! "Rock cake" (Rock Cakes) are classic British dessert, so named not because of the stiffness, but because of the appearance, because they resemble fragments of rock.
Ingredients

Butter
80 g

Oat flakes
1 cup

Sugar
4 Tbsp

Flour
4 Tbsp

Chicken egg
3 piece

Cranberry
2 Tbsp
Cooking
In a pan melt butter, add rolled oats and a tablespoon of sugar. Fry until Golden brown.
Pour the roasted flakes in a bowl, add the remaining sugar, cranberries, flour. Instead of cranberries you can add any dried fruit, chopped nuts, pieces of chocolate.
Eggs lightly whisk.
Add eggs to the mixture and leave for 15 - 20 minutes.
Tablespoon spread the batter on a baking sheet and put in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake 15 - 20 minutes.
