For the contest "10 COMPONENTS of VICTORY." (Suspension of prescription for the incorrect behavior of the user. Jury) Spicy chicken-vegetable aspic. This was prepared by my mom, the inimitable taste of the meat recalls and brings back memories of childhood.

Ingredients to prepare a spicy aspic.

Chicken legs and drumsticks, rinse, set aside 2 of the tibia, the other to put in a deep ovenproof pot, cover with cold water and put in the oven for 1.5 hours at 250 degrees. (DO NOT ADD SALT!)

To take one part of the broth with the meats, combine with peeled and grated Apple, add cloves-branches (7 PCs), pepper (10 pieces), Bay leaves (3 pieces), dried celery (2 tbsp), dried parsley (1 tbsp), salt, mix and put in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees. And get a spicy Apple jelly.

Ready Apple jelly to cool, remove Bay leaf, cloves, pepper (it POPs up). Of plastic boxes and duct tape did just such a design in the shape of a star. Plastic tightly paste in a substrate of rice and fill with Apple jelly. To set aside to freeze (froze on the windowsill in 30 minutes).
