Chicken in tomato jelly
Many are preparing for the New year classic aspic. I suggest to try the jellied chicken in tomato jelly. Looks very nice! The taste is amazing!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    200 g

  • Tomato juice

    300 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Sauce

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Quail egg

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Basil

  • Gelatin

    1 tsp

Cooking

Cooked chicken cut into small pieces

Decompose it in small liqueur glasses

Tomato juice soak the gelatine 1 hour, add in the salt, sugar, grain mustard, pepper

Spice up tomato juice sweet soy sauce "Kikkoman" and heat until dissolved gelatin

Fill the chicken with this juice and store in the refrigerator until cool

Decorate quail egg, cherry tomatoes and a leaf of Basil.
