Kvass from red and black currants
Kvass from red currants are very pleasant to the taste and good thirst quencher. And you can keep it for a long time in the cellar or the refrigerator, bottling and zakuporit tubes.

Ingredients

  • Red currants

    500 g

  • Black currants

    500 g

  • Brown sugar

    2 cup

  • Water

    4 l

  • Lemon

    3 g

  • Yeast

    5 g

To brew we need red and black currants, sugar, yeast, citric acid and water.

Rinse the berries, blend it in a blender or mash with the pestle.

Pour hot water, bring to the boil and leave to infuse for 2-3 hours
