Spicy and aromatic appetizer of herring. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user karafuto called ""Heh" herring" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
This recipe I did the test, so all the ingredients have reduced. So fresh herring clear from the skin and bones, well rinsed from the blood. Cut into small pieces. At the bottom of a small pot place a layer of herring. Lightly sprinkle with salt.
Sprinkle chopped onion, pepper, sprinkle with coriander, broken Bay leaf and black pepper peas.
Again place a layer of herring.
Then sprinkle again with spices and onions, plus add the finely chopped garlic.
Mix vinegar with soy sauce and vegetable oil, pour the cooked herring, cover the container lid and refrigerate for 1.5 - 2 hours.
Cook the potatoes, the finished product was spread on lettuce leaves and ate! Bon appetit!
